Fusion is a unique blend of musical theatre, community, fun and family!
Our Story: the spirit of Fusion
Fusion Theatre was originally founded as Panto Players as we entered the Millennium, driven by a young woman from Hillsborough, Rosalind McCleary. Ros was passionate about theatre and was convinced that the Lisburn area was in need of a local youth community theatre group. She had a vision to bring young people together, in a safe space, regardless of their community background.
Although it proved a bit difficult to begin with, she launched a poster campaign throughout the area and local churches and youth clubs responded positively. She was focused on creating a vibrant, inclusive theatre group where members could belong. In 2002, the focus changed from Pantomime to Musical Theatre and Fusion Theatre was born.

We are very proud to support other societies, schools, theatre groups, drama clubs and performing arts schools! If you are in need of costumes, set or props, we have a large collection built up over 25 years, which can be hired.
